So, recently I had a study tour based in China. The food was absolutely amazing, probably the best food I have ever had. Anyway, there was a particular food which we found on most street corners of Hangzhou and Shanghai. The food involved a piece of oily dough being fried on a hot plate and once cooked, is roughed up and placed on a cracked egg. This forms quite an oily bread. Lettuce, your choice of meat and various sauces are added and rolled up and placed in a paper sleeve for convenient consumption.
