Resolved Question: how long does China Post air take?

I ordered an item from Ebay a while ago. on July 9th to be accurate. it was shipped the same day, and the seller says that it would take apprx 15-20 days for me to get my item. it's now the July 30th. i recieved a tracking number and everything & i have been tracking it. but ever since the 13th of this month all it has been saying is "arrival at inward office of exchange, NY" i live in Queens, NY aswell.
